Frenetic Friday

So on March 21st the American College of Pediatricians released a statement how gender ideology harms children.(follow the link to read the full statement). Not a lot has been said about this. Frankly we are too distracted by the current political circus to pay attention to something not involving clowns and prat falls. But this is important, pay attention, the pediatricians are telling us that this nonsense is child abuse. It is child abuse to retard the natural biological processes, to pump artificial hormones into a child so it doesn’t become the boy or girl it was meant to be. Not only that but there clinical evidence that those who have gone through this are twenty times more prone to suicide.

It has also been proven that 98 percent of the gender confused boys and 88 percent of the gender confused girls once they go through puberty accept their biological sex after going through puberty.  Again let me state what the pediatrician themselves stated:

Conditioning children into believing a lifetime of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex is normal and healthful is child abuse. Endorsing gender discordance as normal via public education and legal policies will confuse children and parents, leading more children to present to “gender clinics” where they will be given puberty-blocking drugs. This, in turn, virtually ensures that they will “choose” a lifetime of carcinogenic and otherwise toxic cross-sex hormones, and likely consider unnecessary surgical mutilation of their healthy body parts as young adults.

So staying on this theme for the moment The American Federation of Teacher’s the second largest teachers union has come out for a transgender campaign where men can use women’s restrooms and vice a versa if the person using the restroom identifies with the gender of the restroom.  <source>

In answer to this issue I would direct you to two letters, one a letter submitted by Kevin DeYoung  senior pastor of University Reformed Church in Lansing Michigan.

Safe Schools, Gender Non-Conformity, and Common Sense

To the Michigan Department of Education,

I am writing to comment on the document entitled State Board of Education Statement and Guidance on Safe and Supportive Learning Environments for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning (LGBTQ) Students (hereafter SBE Statement). I am grateful that the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) has initiated a process for receiving public feedback on such a controversial matter. In addition to sending my comments by surface mail, I will also post this written response online. (read the rest here)

And Carl R. Trueman’s (Paul Woolley Professor of Church History at Westminster Theological Seminary) letter to the Springfield Schoolboard:

Gender Non-Conformity Running Roughshod over Parents’ Rights

One objection that has been made a number of times to my criticisms of transgenderism is that, if someone want to change from their birth sex to the opposite, what harm does that do to me? Why should I worry if, to borrow from Jefferson, it neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg? That is true, and from that perspective I care as little about the issue as I do about what my neighbors may or may not be doing in their bedrooms after dark. That is part of what living in a free country means. What I do care about, however, is how the issue is being used to transform the public square, in particular to undermine parental and women’s rights.

A case in point: Last week, I noticed that my local school district had included a proposed transgender student policy in the minutes of its recent board meeting. While it is obvious that the issues raised by transgenderism and gender non-conformity are being pressed so strongly by the power-brokers that all school districts will have to address them, it struck me that the document may be well-intentioned but contains within it conceptual confusions. These confusions then provide the foundation upon which far-reaching policies are being built which will erode parental rights, grant sweeping powers to the school, and in the long run (and almost as collateral damage) wreak significant damage upon women’s sports. Here is the text of the letter I sent to the school board in response:  (read the rest here)

Turning now to Pro-Life issues the California Department of Justice has raided the home of David Daleden the pro-life journalist that exposed the Plan Parenthood’s harvesting and selling baby parts.  They seized all the videos of the Planned Parenthood employees participating in the selling of baby parts and other videos that have not been released yet.  This is Daleden’s statement regarding this:

Today, the California Attorney General’s office of Kamala Harris, who was elected with tens of thousands of dollars from taxpayer-funded Planned Parenthood, seized all video footage showing Planned Parenthood’s criminal trade in aborted baby parts, in addition to my personal information. Ironically, while seizing my First Amendment work product, they ignored documents showing the illicit scheme between StemExpress and Planned Parenthood. This is no surprise–Planned Parenthood’s bought-and-paid-for AG has steadfastly refused to enforce the law against the baby body parts traffickers in our state, or even investigate them–while at the same time doing their bidding to harass and intimidate citizen journalists. We will pursue all remedies to vindicate our First Amendment rights.

The statement remains true if you follow the money you will find out who is really electing the officials and whose pockets they are in.

Speaking of politics here is Hillary Clinton telling us that the unborn doesn’t have constitutional rights.

By the way notice that Hillary calls babies people just not people with rights.

And tonight’s Frenetic Friday ends with a little video about the most persecuted religious group in the world.
